Fitness Boot Camp Workouts are sweeping the US

One exercise sensation that had its beginning in recent years is the fitness boot camp. Then bootcampers will meet outside, ofteninside a park, beach, or river promenade, for an hour, usually 2-5 times weekly for 3-4 weeks. Typically there will always be different fitness levels in the class, so bootcampers dont feel alone nor left behind, yet feel inspired to improve by being amongst the bootcampers who are more fit than themselves.
